Our classes are built to let you explore and challenge yourself, pushing past the boundaries of your mental and physical limitations to take you to the next level, while remaining balanced, strong, and focused. COMPASS FULL DIRECTION
Full-body, strength-based, functional movements, with a hint of cardio. Just to keep things spicy. Your body and mind will be challenged in unique ways each and every time you experience this class. Full Direction = Full Body Focus.

COMPASS STRENGTH
NORTH:
Precision meets power in Compass North. This high-energy, upper-body-focused class blends functional movements with expert instruction to refine your form and build muscle. Expect a challenging mix of exercises designed to push your limits and improve tone. North will leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

SOUTH: South is where lower-body strength takes center stage. This class emphasizes intentional movement through targeted exercises that build muscle and improve power in your legs and core. Your heart rate will rise—not from HIIT, but from lifting heavy and moving with purpose. Get ready to leave class feeling powerful from the ground up.

LIFT HEAVY SH*T
Thoughtful instruction focused on form and alignment to create intentional movement through every exercise. This strength based class is structured with the goal of building muscle, and improving power. Your heart rate will be up, but it won't be from doing a HIIT style format; instead, from lifting heavy things.

BOUNCE
Get ready to burn like a hot pocket fresh out of the microwave. This workout is like a party for your body and brain - it's the most fun you'll have while getting your heart pumping and your lymphatic system grooving. Plus, it's low-impact, so you won't have to worry about feeling like a stiff noodle the next day.

GUTS & GLORY
High-intensity cardio intervals, strength and dedicated focus on core strength and stability, this class will leave your midsection (delightfully) sore and your heart pounding. What a fun way to spend a Sunday morning! Come with your half-shirt ready.


LATE CANCELLATION We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Please cancel your reservation 12 hours prior to the class time. A late fee applies for classes cancelled once this 12-hour window has passed.

NO SHOW A no show will result in a charge for the class.
